    Expect too much for a low pay
    The good thingsStaff/colleagues are warm and friendly. Everyone (regardless of department) works hard and cooperate to get the job done. Proud and grateful to have met them. Never failed to share knowledge when asked.
    The challengesManagement expects too much of staff and under appreciate them with little benefits. The close one benefit you get is a limited amount of coverage for panel clinic visits. If you're on MC, you're expected to explain why and with evidence if more than one day MC regardless if you have explained to your HOD. It would be nice to have management be more understanding of the staff situation and promote healthy communication with the staff. Lack of "hospitality" touch to greet and talk with staff.
