good place to learn but pretty stressful
The good thingsThe management (especially R&D team) is committed to staff development. They send you out to training & courses. Provide a lots of opportunities to learn and employee got to expand their knowledge. The colleagues and boss in nice and friendly.
The challengesProduction & quality team is under the same roof (manager), therefore quality department is very very hard to improve as its always bias to production. Things can improve if they separate the production and quality (different leader). I do not enjoy the culture of 'stay up' at office until late night. Employer sometimes always expect us to work over hours. Older employee is hard to deal with as new ideas is not supported. Its hard to make new changes.

    MANAGEMENT & SOPs
The good thingsStaff purchase to help reduce our living expenses. Standard staff benefits are provided. For fresh graduates who would like to develop their career in personal care development, it is a good training base. 5 days week company.
The challengesThe Management teams are young and does not have very extensive experienced in company and people management. The company's workflow and system are very weak - many things are still done manually and there are no data integration. Need to really improve on data access control as they do not have any proper control over P&C informations. Salary and workload/job descriptions are not compatible.
