Try to be their kitchen manager. You'll find out....
The good thingsYou have to be self motivated working here. They will make you go more and more until you burnt out. Good experience. Learn a lot of managerial stuff. Flexible enough for those who are family oriented.
The challengesHad to be in a team where there no leadership due to inexperience general manager. But managed to soldier on until the end. Training program have to be reviewed to suit these days challenges. It's different economy bubble now. They have to update their system.

    Imbalance
The good thingsI had the opportunity and made good use of it . Though they said training is provided , i did not have a proper trainer to guide me. My only guidance were my past experience and common sense. I took innitiative to go thru all materials to gain knowledge. Apart from this, theres nothing else.
The challengesBetter remunerations like insurance , bonuses or incentives would be great.
