    The good things1) provide full support from all department 2) allow us to learn the stamping process limitless 3) management provide training on docs requires in system & standard 4) chances to improve communication skill among team-mate/ customer 5) exposed widely to any improvement projects
    The challenges1) new top management 2) everything rely on QA to take care of part production/ incoming/ planning. 3) no quality build in the production side 4) work like badman's work tools 5) no following the standards achieved
