Great opportunity for working experience. Get to learn many new things.
The good thingsSalary is good, never late on payment. The employers are capable of teaching and guiding new recruits to learn and hone their skills. Flexible work hours (Depends on project). Friendly co-workers and staff. Highly recommended for fresh graduates & seasoned personnel to apply here.
The challengesWork hours can be stringent, since working times depends on project availability. A lot of travelling, having a car is almost mandatory. Chaotic scheduling because of different projects. May require to work during weekends and public holidays. Highly intense field, with a lot of pressure.
