My time at Credit Bureau Malaysia was challenging in terms of professional growth, but it was enriched by the presence of wonderful colleagues who made the experience more enjoyable and meaningful.
The good thingsThe camaraderie, support, and collaborative spirit among my peers were truly exceptional. It made each workday enjoyable and inspiring, and I am genuinely grateful for the opportunity to have shared the journey with such wonderful colleagues.
The challengesI worked at a previous organization for a period of time, and I encountered some notable challenges during my tenure. One significant issue was a culture of micromanagement, which made it difficult to fully utilize my skills and creativity. This level of oversight often hindered productivity and job satisfaction. Additionally, the workplace culture at times leaned towards being toxic, with communication gaps and a lack of openness. It's my belief that a healthy and supportive work environment is crucial for employee well-being and overall success. I believe every organization has the potential to grow and evolve, and I hope that these experiences will be valuable for the organization to consider making positive changes in management style and company culture.
