But most of the time you will not have time to do any engineering work. Only operator-like work with does not require thoughtful process.
The challenges- Staffs are mostly SPM leavers, which not not necessarily bad, but not matured enough. Recommended to at least hire people with Sijil.
- Some staffs or mostly are toxic, talking behind your back, even talk about bosses.
- Malay company, but work culture like Chinaman company. Lack of knowledge sharing.
- Salary is very low.
