My experience with Crescent Gear Solution, its subsidiary

The good thingsLearnt few things about gearbox refurbishment. Got to do some hands on things. But most of the time you will not have time to do any engineering work. Only operator-like work with does not require thoughtful process.

The challenges- Staffs are mostly SPM leavers, which not not necessarily bad, but not matured enough. Recommended to at least hire people with Sijil. - Some staffs or mostly are toxic, talking behind your back, even talk about bosses. - Malay company, but work culture like Chinaman company. Lack of knowledge sharing. - Salary is very low.
