The projects undertaken involved the construction of non-residential building including mixed-use commercial building, offices, serviced apartments and institutional buildings such as medical laboratory; and also the residential building including high-rise condominiums and affordable apartments.We provide timely completion of projects and quality of constructions works. Our ability to provide timely and quality works has enable the company to establish positive business relationships with our clients.We adopt the IBS construction techniques and offer value engineering in providing alternative designs for clients. As a high-rise building contractor, we adopt various IBS techniques comprising the use of aluminum formwork system for cast-in-situ construction, and prefabricated concrete components manufactured on-site and off-site.
