    Very bad management.
    The good thingsAs a start up job this will be great. Good learning process and a better understanding on industries.
    The challengesWorst ever management. HR not supportive at all. Most of the higher ranked people doesnt understand or speak english. Higher rank people wont listen to technicians feedback. Technician must only say yes even if the superiors task doesnt make sence.

    The challengesManagement is not eficient here. Like to blame the technician whatever mess that their doing. Lot of free loaded work in the high up and burden their technician with their own job

    Many department such as in fitter alone was in piping team, interior team, equipment team even in driver cab. So basicly im experiance all in fitter field
