    The challenges6 Working days is a big challenge due to usually big company is 5 days but already have planning to achieve 5 days work ASAP. Some of new recruit don't have experience and not fit to take challenges.

    The good thingsworking here a lot of new thing that newcomer will learn, and what is good here teamwork among co-worker, Friendly Co-Worker, and possibility get appointed to next level are high if the performance was good and meet their expectation. The Supervisor very understanding on staff problem and situation. Give chance to develop self with less supervision.
    The challengesThe most challenges working here are the salary rate, your title doesn't meant anything. You need to try very hard to meet their expectation. Work hours 8am-6pm for office staff even on Sat work full day. You need to explore all by yourself to learn more without proper training.

    Dont expect too much

    The challengesThey expect you to work like a horse and only pay as low as they can. 8 to 6, 6 days a week. No panel clinics. One person need to know everything as no other person can do the job in the name of 'teamwork'. Your title doesnt meant anything. If you can work outside your job scope, then they just put you in that position.

    The challengesOnly get 1 day off. The lunch time is not like other offices. You need to manage your time when there is peak hour which have a lot of customer.
