The challengesInefficient and unproductive paperwork & organization, expect wasting time to do redundent things that makes no sense but waste your precious time.
Communication meltdown, always play whatsapp can keep one busy forever. Outdated software for the job so expect to struggle with the SOP's because top management is too idealistic about their assumptions but practically it's hard to achieve what they expect.
Feel out of touch with HQ & Top Management. "One way communication" type of company. "Chinaman company". Expect the benefits as it is.
Too many overpromised and SLA's so can be stressful at times.
But if you able to pull this off, especially for branches that deal with multiple clients and have to jugle multiple tasks, then you can be the jack of all trades!
