    Toxic environment and workplace
The good thingsThe challenges you face here will help you grow and develop skills that can be applied in a new company—especially in building social and interpersonal skills.
The challengesThere is a lot of micromanagement, so you need to be proactive and protect your own interests. It’s important not to assume that everything will always be handled fairly.

Its good to learn and start, but must handle the insane workload, colleagues, environment and manager within one year.
The good thingsthe team is willing to help and guide on learning as a planner for people with no knowledge.
The challengesmanagement is bad, colleagues feel secluded with no interactions, manager not supportive. workload is too much for people with no knowledge in planner. Always stay back till 7.30pm.

An opportunity-rich environment significantly hindered by HQ management's disconnect with real-life situations and a yes-man attitude towards clients.
The good thingsFlexible working environment. Good place to learn and use as a springboard for career growth. Fantastic and helpful colleagues
The challengesWorkload can sometimes be unreasonably heavy and focused in a short period of time. Management team from HQ only knows how to force and push engineers to complete within timeframe despite knowing it will definitely breach client's SOP. Management team from HQ may be lost-in-touch with actual situations where field/ resident engineers are facing. They are also not interested in 2-way communication but maintained an appearance of willingness to communicate. They are only interested to show field service teams who is the boss and defends their ego only.

Each day can bring new challenges and locations, which keeps the work interesting and dynamic. You might work in different industries, from manufacturing to healthcare, and visit diverse sites.
The good thingsThe role offers practical, hands-on experience with advanced technology and systems, enhancing technical skills and knowledge.
The challengesSometimes, despite best efforts, diagnosing and fixing problems can be difficult due to inadequate information, obsolete equipment, or lack of support resources.

Working experience during onsite or offsite, what you will see what you will meet.
The good thingssupport multiple clients, different clients with different ways of support. Need to adapt in a short time. Also, need to prepare both mentally and physically. For it's an on-call.
The challengesNeed to take a variety of exam certifications. goodly there is an open book. just need to update and recall back on knowledge documents what have we supported on previous and existing clients. For HQ you only specifically support single or two clients. Meanwhile, for branch support, you have to deal with multiple clients. it's a good way to learn. just jump to better opportunities when there is a chance. Privatize incoming tickets assigned to you, secondly it's office work.

Better starter and experience for fresh grad, but not for a long term stay.
The good thingsLearn a lot in terms of soft skills, technical troubleshooting and deployment. Mostly team member giving a helping hand.
The challengesNo headcount for permanent position, manager keep on giving excuses saying no quota for permanent position. Benefit very basic and low. No bonus. Toxic management environment. Force engineer to work and offer with claimable OT, which supposedly not to.

Great Starter Job for Experience, Unsustainable & "No Future" for the Service Department
The good thingsGreat co-workers, not much office politics (because everyone on the bottom of the corporate foodchain is being treated poorly EQUALLY!) Good guidance (not from HQ or top management, but from neighbouring branches engineers, if you know whom to ask)
The challengesInefficient and unproductive paperwork & organization, expect wasting time to do redundent things that makes no sense but waste your precious time. Communication meltdown, always play whatsapp can keep one busy forever. Outdated software for the job so expect to struggle with the SOP's because top management is too idealistic about their assumptions but practically it's hard to achieve what they expect. Feel out of touch with HQ & Top Management. "One way communication" type of company. "Chinaman company". Expect the benefits as it is. Too many overpromised and SLA's so can be stressful at times. But if you able to pull this off, especially for branches that deal with multiple clients and have to jugle multiple tasks, then you can be the jack of all trades!

Pro & Cons from branch staff- enjoy the reading
The good thingsVery good for freshie to build career . Lots of customer to support mean lot of technology to learn. No punch card.
The challengesContract staff : 1) very low benefit ( no bonus , medical card only support for staff not whole family, low mileage claim, no carry forward annual leave ) 2) No carrier growth , salary increment less than rm100 per year ( sorry to say ) 3) work load , if you want to know more visit "Kerja Kosong dalam bidang IT" groups in facebook and ask for "CTC Global"

Great working experience for fresh graduates.
The good thingsGreat working colleagues. Most are friendly and helpful. Various products to implement to gain experience.
The challengesVarious products but lack training. Most of the times learning on your own. Filling up tedious timesheet and horrible claims. Lots of talks from the management and sometimes being micro managed.

The management doesn't take care of employees
The good thingsGood colleagues and a few of helpful seniors. Good hands-on tasks with much to learn. Good medical card benefits. Salary paid on time.
The challengesBenefits provided are from third world country and way below average market standard for such position. Managements are living in their own fantasy world and doesn't care what trouble the low levels are facing.

Could be a decent place depending on the team you're joining
The good thingsDecent salary for an entry position with benefits of medical card and in general, people are friendly.
The challengesThe overhead of filling up timesheet and weekly report which often consume plenty of your outside working hour time. Training and mentoring is minimum to none despite the wide range of products being supported. You are basically expected to learn on the job on your own and testing on customer's production environment of which, needless to say, is a bad idea the majority of time.

    Can learn to be Independence
The good thingsYou know a lot places because it required traveling a lot places that you never go. Learn new things. The best thing is a good teamwork and always help each other with new knowledge. Provide reasonable claim. Good starting for fresh graduate. Learn to be Independent.
The challengesSlow management. Too many agencies hired for employment. No permanent offer and only temporary contract with no annual and MC leave benefit. Cannot secure your future for long term. Always go to new site with unfamiliar system alone and no guidance.
