Each transition left something good behind for the company, processes and its people. We have great level of freedom to contribute the direction of technology adoption with open minded bosses.
The challengesAs same to all large organisation, the challenge we have is the willingness to change. Some pioneers of the company would prefer less changes on processes and model, while other new blood is eager to adopt the new style. Hence, the slogan of CTC: Challenge Tomorrow Change, is what really happening here.
