    The challengesThe working environment very challenging. The workload is often heavy, with complex work processes, frequent ad-hoc tasks, and very tight deadlines that sometimes overlap with existing responsibilities. Cross-department coordination can also be quite demanding, with too many internal contact points to manage effectively at the same time

    Joining requires serious consideration. Leaving early may be the best option.
    The good thingsI did not find any worthwhile aspects during my time here.
    The challengesNo 13th-month salary, zero bonus, and only minimal increment. The working environment has continued to deteriorate since the feedback raised in May 2023, with no meaningful corrective action taken. Management appears disconnected from operational realities, with many unrealistic instructions given without hands-on understanding. Leadership is weak, growth opportunities are limited, and employee treatment is poor.

    Overall, it’s a great place to work

    The good thingsColleagues are all very friendly and helpful. Workload is in the grey area - but this means you can gain more experience which may be helpful for your future career development. It is much better than the years it was before. Follows USA work culture - carefree; not much of a blaming game - instead everyone works together for resolution if there's any problem. You gotta look hard to see it is indeed a diamond in the rough.
    The challengesToo many incompetent managers - and because everyone practices the "i mind my own business" style - everyone is "almost" free to do whatever they want - as long as the work is delivered. However, 80% of the times the work ain't being delivered, especially by the managers. One advice to management - please screen your potential candidates. This company has so much more to offer... rather than grouping a bunch of clowns together.

    The challengesfor me this is my 1st time experince with plastic welding,hard for earlier but very easy later when you master it..its also took me 3 day to catch up
