    The good thingsxkan kerja kat dalam customer connect pon. saya kena hantar ke UMobile jadi data entry clerk. kerja kat umobile mmg baik. tapi benefit kurang la.medical reimbursement cuma rm40. socso rm 1000 je kot. so nak kerja amik pengalaman ok la. rakan sekerja semua baik2.
    The challengesslip gaji selalu keluar lambat. ada satu bulan slip gaji x bagi, alasan sebab dakwat printer habis.. apa2 terasa cam anak tiri kepada kompeni yg kita kerja (umobile) sebab kita ini umpama disewakan je utk kerja. rating yang diberi utk working environment, management & work/life balance utk umobile, selebihnya utk customer connect malaysia.

    The good thingslearn lot of things such as system and electronic devices. Also know a lot of product and company information. Besides, I also help company to gain revenue by maintain existing customers.
    The challengesto success it need you to work hard to find what is suitable and useful for you. It is because, you are independence and not depend with others. This really challenging.

    the best environment
    The good thingschallenge is everywhere. no matter what job you are doing, there is always good and bad. so here, i am really enjoy doing my job. but the challenges when it comes to the salary. its very low than i ever expected. but then when it comes again. i guess its okay. because when you are happy money is nothing. having a great friend and nice boss with a great team leader, the salary never bother me.
    The challengesthe challenges to be a customer service is u need to be patience. its normal when customer get angry to you. because when we understand what they having actually, i am really sure even myself will get angry. so be cool when u get scolded by customer. understand what they want and give it to them. sometimes customer they just want us to help them trough what they really need. so be cool and relax.

    The good thingsI enjoy working here because of the environment is very good and management give a lot opportunity to their staff.
    The challengesThe most challenges that management to me is become a mentor to other staff and lot of complain towards me but i believe what ever that i do right thing they will accept slowly
