The good thingsA good teamwork. The working environment is comfortable and friendly colleagues there. I'm gaining knowledge that people might not feels the same from what I gain. I'd learn about office management from basic things. I take the positive side for my own good deed while the bad side as a lesson learned. It's good to have a chance to apart of them in future.
The challengesSub-contractor more powerful than main-contractor staff. Dealing with client without boss help. Must do ourselves.

The good thingsYou will be involved in the entire project. From A to Z. From design up to commissioning. Good place to learn and grow. You will be involved in all aspect related to the project. You will learn to deal with different authorities. you will be able to expand your networking area as well. Good working environment.
The challengesToo many responsibilities for one person to handle. Not easy for an inexperience person to deal with certain authorities at times.

    The real world.
The good thingsThe Parking is free, as the company has its own building. Medical card also be given, so no need to bring money to the selected clinics. The location of the building is a bit rural, so its very calming outside the building. There also variety of get together activity once or twice a year. The surau also provided for men and women, and no restriction or specific time to pray.
The challengesThe large age gap among project manager, results in miscommunication and avoid any changes to be implement. Not like in KL, you have to drive to go to lunch. The implementation of the GST, slow down the operation, mostly in finance department, furthermore most of the staff from other department did not attend the GST training.
