    CXL’s humble beginnings started in year 2008 as CareerXcell, focused on training and placing unemployed graduates to help reduce unemployment rates in the country and ensure our graduates are better equipped to join the workforce. Over the years, the company’s growth led to establishing the contingent workforce division in 2010 to support the rising demand of the gig economy in Malaysia.We aim to fill the gaps in our client's workforce to ensure optimum efficiency through automation and proper management of contract as well as temporary staffing. Today, we provide staffing needs to companies in various industries— e-commerce, financial institutions, manufacturing, media, logistics and more. With access to candidate networks locally and regionally, our holistic suite of services covers all phases of the HR lifecycle — from talent sourcing, candidate engagement, employee retention, employee experience and payroll outsourcing.     Great experience with stress environment
    The good things1. Strategic location, easy access to train station and mall. 2. Great learning opportunity as they are shared services company. 3. Really taught you to be a strong person in handling staff, site HR and the management itself. 4. A lot of team building activity as an appreciation. Notes: I do admit this company really build me to be a stress free person as the experience here is unspeakable :)
    The challenges1. Zero work-life balance, need to hustle during weekend, on leave & a lot of sleepless night. 2. Stress working environment with less back up. 3. High turnover that leads to teaching new person repeatedly. 4. Leave is earn by monthly basis which need to be discuss on leave planning with the team. 5. Pay rates are not worth it with the workload and mental health.
