Great experience with stress environment The good things1. Strategic location, easy access to train station and mall.
2. Great learning opportunity as they are shared services company.
3. Really taught you to be a strong person in handling staff, site HR and the management itself.
4. A lot of team building activity as an appreciation.
Notes: I do admit this company really build me to be a stress free person as the experience here is unspeakable :)
The challenges1. Zero work-life balance, need to hustle during weekend, on leave & a lot of sleepless night.
2. Stress working environment with less back up.
3. High turnover that leads to teaching new person repeatedly.
4. Leave is earn by monthly basis which need to be discuss on leave planning with the team.
5. Pay rates are not worth it with the workload and mental health.
