More negatives than positives working here
The good things- Generally colleagues are nice - Good chance to go home on time if finish work - MRT station right in front of office - Food court downstairs building and many food trucks
The challenges- Dealing with franchisees can be nightmare - Can get cucuk belakang by some colleagues - Stressful monthly targets and activities that are unnecessary - Reported if late even 1 min (although go back late previous day) - Departmental politics and red tape - Have some little Napolean superiors, depending on dept - Expensive parking and jam area

    Poor Management and Leadership
The good thingsThe salary was in time. It was never later than 7th of the month.
The challengesThey should improve their communication to the staff. On the one hand, told the staff to be vocal, on the other hand judge the staff based on what they said. It was a good lesson by negative example. This was not the worse; the worse was how they treated resigned staff without appreciation and respect.

The challengesHandle all kinds of students with different mentalities, at One time and every kids would be learning different syllabus. So, have to be alert In what we have to teach them and also how to teach them. Not all the parents are the same, some will be friendly and some will be so vain, yeah have to be more patient and always be with Smile face :) At the moment, we have to take care of the centre too.

A stepping stone for Education Line
The good things- Personal and Professional Growth are offered in this company. - Aside from education, I learned new things together with my fellow students and teachers about the world, broaden my knowledge on new trends, and able to experiment how to tackle a task together. - It is a good starting place for students who would like to know what it feels like to teach before pursuing any related career. -
The challenges- Inconsistent opinions on managerial tasks. - No standard tidy and cleanliness. - Rarely given any heads up if there are special needs students and how to handle them if one are not experienced or educated about their conditions. - Office politics.

The good thingsI remember on the interview day I was late due to my present school issues. I am so afraid that it will influence my performance, but they are nice enough to give me their valuable of it. The interviewer was a nice experience and turn out it becomes a nice chatting yet doesn't loose the professionalism. I am looking forward to work with this colleague.
The challengesThe challenges I am facing is culture and working pattern. As I know every company have their working pattern or culture. Due to I am a new worker this would be my challenges but I have confidence that I will be doing good. I will use my fastest speed and ability to blend into company culture.
