Competent in the installation, operation and maintenance of mechanical equipment. During my time as a trainee in Daiken Miri, I was able to improve and identify the tools used while doing maintenance work, for example maintenance work I have experienced is like changing bearings on machines for example I change bearing sender machine, sender machine is to send boards processed plywood, high pressure pump, gearbox mounting repair, change infeed roller guide, change bearing and tensioning drive chain on Dryer Fan Yard, prepare Drive Shaft. Techinician's job is to prevent major damage to the machine in order to ensure that all maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment is done safely and efficiently. Its main strengths include; repairing failed equipment, implementing maintenance schedules, dismantling mechanical goods and assisting in the manufacturing process at the factory.

Bad Top Management hinders young staff development
The good thingsAs a platform to grow your basic working experiences.
The challengesBad top management which are only concern of their own. As usual Japanese culture, merits they take, mistakes push to subordinates. No much future development can be achieve here. Very low basic and low yearly increment. Huge gap in salary between top management and executives.
