The challengesThe challenges would be us against the nature. Tropical Rainforest weather can be the most damaging factor in terms of maintaining the property. Therefore a consistent and ongoing maintenance system, scheduled rectification and proper planning is imperative. On the other hand, a reliable, skilled and certified emergency response in-house team is as much as crucial.
