Good place to gain more knowledge and experience...
The good thingsGood company with great benefits. It is a small organisation with great staff. A lot of engagement throughout the whole years.
The challengesCorporate strategy is a new department for the organisation. Hence, it is quite a challenged to embed a new perspective in communications, events, corporate strategy, etc. Overall, the company should improved its operation process and client management

    Great location, so-so management direction
The good thingsColleagues are fun, at average around 25-45 of age. Young team, very versatile and estatic, can work fast and open minded. Working levels are very up on their feet and does not mind helping other division out.
The challengesThe company lacks direction on where to go and is getting quite a reputation in the FI market. A lot of internal disagreement amongst management team, probably due to the make up of the team that comes from those with little to no experience in managing a company.

A lot of opportunities to grow, can be improved
The good thingsFlexi hours, good connection with other working colleagues, location is good, office is modern and beautiful. Mentor mentee relationship with certain heads are there, and the office is made up of working class from the younger generation - a lot of fresh ideas, discussions etc.
The challengesManagement team are not aligned and can't seem to make decision, so alot of other things fails to fall into place. Many colleagues leave not because of the work or the environment, but because they aren't being managed properly. There are a lot of waster opportunities, the organization could grow if they have the right people running it. The rest is all cosmetics.

The good thingsGenerous in sending staffs for training and development. Central location and nice office. Less stressful compared to other financial institutions.
The challengesInherent issue for mono-line business that could limit learning exposures from the job.
