Danajamin Nasional Berhad (Danajamin) is Malaysia’s first and only Financial Guarantee Insurer. We provide financial guarantee insurance, a form of credit enhancement for bonds/sukuk issuances, to facilitate access for viable Malaysian companies to the Private Debt Securities (PDS) market. Our role is to be a catalyst to stimulate and further develop the Malaysian PDS market.We have an issued and paid-up capital of RM1 billion and another RM1 billion callable capital. Established on May 2009, Danajamin is regulated and supervised by Bank Negara Malaysia.We are jointly owned by Minister of Finance Incorporated and Credit Guarantee Corporation Malaysia Berhad.

The good thingsGood company with great benefits. It is a small organisation with great staff. A lot of engagement throughout the whole years.

The challengesCorporate strategy is a new department for the organisation. Hence, it is quite a challenged to embed a new perspective in communications, events, corporate strategy, etc. Overall, the company should improved its operation process and client management
