    Starting the work you feel happy but after that you will feel worst
    The good thingsCan learn many things
    The challenges1)Working here is not systematic and do not have proper system training 2)Engineer need to do Line Leader,Operator Work everyday and does not follow the JD engineer given 3)You will feel al negative pressure which is not very good pressure for your career development 4)Very difficult to make some improvement for the workers here as they feell they should not be change by new joiner. 5)The management system very very bad

    A Place to Learn & Grow
    The good thingsDanapac is filled with friendly and helpful colleagues. There are various things to learn along the way and a good opportunity to learn as much as possible. There is also a system to track the performance of all of the employees for year end work appraisal.
    The challengesBeing a manufacturing company, documentation and discipline became the weakness of the company. The management is tackling this issue by hiring engineers and experience document controller to make sure everything is getting tied up properly.

    The good thingsI've enjoyed working here which is for about 4years i've been working at Danapac, i've learn how to improved my leadership skills, learn how to take all the responsibility when you're appointed as a leader. All of my colleague were awesome! we all enjoyed working here. Danapac also offers benefits and growth very well. Thank you so much for being me working there!
