    The good thingsDanapac is filled with friendly and helpful colleagues. There are various things to learn along the way and a good opportunity to learn as much as possible. There is also a system to track the performance of all of the employees for year end work appraisal.
    The challengesBeing a manufacturing company, documentation and discipline became the weakness of the company. The management is tackling this issue by hiring engineers and experience document controller to make sure everything is getting tied up properly.
