    The Best Experience Ever!
The good thingsBeing in the industry for 5 years, this is my first job. My employer is a very nice & considered person. I was in the marketing team (we reported straight to the COO) & I really love working with them. They are very understanding & giving me space to learn from my experience & really teaches me a lot things in the industry.
The challengesThe challenge working in this company is the hectic environment dealing with clients that want fast delivery of news. In addition it is not suitable for those who have difficulties in waking up early in the morning because working here starts at 5.30 am in the morning. Basically that's just it but I love the hectic environment. More hectic, more to knowledge.

    Hard earn money from NAMA
The good thingsBoss is willing to spend and provide training for staff, can gain knowledge and experience as one position has to work multi task. Efficiency improved as lots of deadline from boss to be meet.
The challengesLow salary, no increment, no bonus, boss is hot tempered and always scolding staff with bad language, bond staff after training (required to pay back upon resignation), boss not happy if staff take leave, demanding staff to work long hours and weekend without replacement leave or paid.
