    The challengesworst company in penang. waiting to bankrupt only. management really poor in making decision, dont want to listen below level worker's opinion. no firm vision to grow, no bonus, no increment for the past 5 years. dont waste your time come here. beware of all 'positive' review given by HR on the website, it all just to attract people come only, but the truth is only the employee know, even they also knew.

    The challengesOur company weathered the COVID storm like a champ. No downsizing, no pay cuts. Last year, they surprised us with bonuses across the board. Sure, they weren't massive, but in the current market, everyone appreciates a little extra something.

    The good thingsnothing good except for the location
    The challengesVery poor management direction, no room for improvement. All tasks are done manually due to system not improve at all. Management don't want to accept improvement opinion/idea from workers. Company benefit very low resulted to no salary increment for workers for more than 5 years. No bonus/benefit at all.

    The good thingsGood thing working here is company benefit especially public holidays is a lot and friendly HR department which is always counselling me when i feeling stressful and always treat me like a BFF.
    The challengesI did enjoy working here is the IT department because as a Technical Background, i need to support the BOM system which always a big problem for me because got a bug in the system which i was unable to solved it..maybe they should looking for a programmer that know more about this BOM system. But anywhere wish company can have a better system in the future.

    I came back here because it provided the career development opportunities i wanted
    The good thingsI worked at Davis and found that the company provided a great work-life balance . I didn't have to work long hours or be constantly on call . Additionally provided a comprehensive benefits package that include a meals allowance. The office was also comfortable and well-equipped, making it easy to focus and be productive.
    The challengesDespite my limited experience and knowledge in this field, I am constantly learning and acquiring new skills every day while working here.

    The good thingsFriendly colleagues and superiors - providing guidance and advices. Visionary management - pushing for business recovery and sustainability. Good career exposure - working through different challenges to gain experience. Transparency - recently being more transparent by having coffee-talk / townhall sessions with employees / representatives.
    The challengesVersatility - coping with rapid changes and additional tasks (on a good side, getting to learn more than just mundane defined jobs). Backlogs - clearing off a number of not properly filed / completed backlogs. Updating policies - management need to look into updating / redefining outdated policies, procedures and benefits for competitive edge.

    The challenges-No increment and bonus for about 3-4 years. -Low salary pay. New hire's pay difference is about 10% compare to the senior. The company is not taking good care on the existing staff. -Working hour has been extended from 8-5:30pm to 8 to 6pm (no salary increment). -Actively hiring managerial level but not individual contributor and entry level. -Lack of career advancement opportunities -Company vision is not clear -Company financial is not stable, budgets are cut and limited resources -No appreciation in workplace

    The challengesno benefit. no increment, no bonus for the past 4 years. salary is extremely low here. hired too many managerial staff for unnecessary purpose. they do a lot of investment on projects but no profit generated, in fact losses. too many to list down…all bad things
