The good thingsWorking environtment very suitable for me. Friendly collegues, train the staff very well if new comers. I have learn alot of news things through out here, they always will shares their idea and knowledge with us. They will ask for our opinion too on some matters. Will let us to try dome new things.
The challengesLack of staff means need to do extra time of work.

I was learn many things about the working duties as a front office receptionist.
The good thingsMany tasks to do. All seniors are very friendly include my supervisor. They teach me many things when I started to do my internship. I have follow the rules of the shift that included in the front office and learn every tasks during every shift.
The challengesThe hotel system that used in this hotel was PMS system. It is a very basic system that every hotel has been used since many years ago. This system is very old version and some detail still need to key in by ourselves. Many hotel nowadays have been upgrades their system into just insert the guest's identity card and all the information will be come out automatically.

Settle difficulties by your own. Even HOD would not help you. After you come out with your own idea, method, solution or opinion whatever it is, they'd still blame everything on you. It is good to work under a lil bit of pressure, but definitely not stress out.
