    The challenges- Treat employees like labor class - Will make reason and not give variable or incentive - Management no connect with employee - No growth opportunities - Bad insurance coverage, no other perks or allowances, employee not even allowed to take milk directly from carton -They will ask you make 40-50 calls per day and become data entry operator
