    I regret to say that my experience here has been quite disappointing
    The good thingsSome of my colleagues were truly helpful and supportive, always willing to share knowledge and work together as a team
    The challengesThe atmosphere was often tense and unwelcoming, which made it difficult to perform my duties effectively. Communication from management was frequently unclear and inconsistent, leading to confusion and frustration among employees.Strong politics , take advantage and toxic, does not appreciate staff
