    You don't need to work here for long, a short time is enough. Career growth is limited because this is a family business, and you're just an outsider. You can try, but be careful. I've already warned you.
    The good things-You can leave work on time. -No direct dealings with the CEO. -Long leaves are usually approved by the Head of Department (HOD) without them asking where you're going.
    The challengesFamily-run culture with relatives in top roles. Favoritism is common; HR and management are unfair. Memos change with mood. No cleaners—staff do chores. Junior HR avoids tasks. Lack of diversity in HODs affects inclusivity. Beware to the new staff there ! Better run.
