    Complete Chaos and Incompetence
The good things Learned a new thing from my superior and my colleague
The challengesBad management, no work life balance (work long hours, from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM). Easily deduct OT and salary (forgot to bio in, will deduct from salary). No bonus, no increment and no benefit. Not recommended for long-term career growth or personal well-being, unless u work under HQ.

You need to have initiative to learn a lot. There's huge opportunity to grow. But management is out of place. You create your own job scope. Due to that so many ppl don't their own responsibility.
The good thingsBig company, huge experience to learn. Sustainable and ongoing business. Non toxic team, but don't burden others.
The challengesLack of leadership and managerial competency. HR focus on payroll, not welfare of staff and very strict. No proper administration especially Headquarter.

Good place only for a FRESH Graduate and not for experience workers
The good thingsFreedom to do all the task which you will liaise with all level of management
The challengesLong working hours which can give a bad affect to your health and planning after work. Staff welfare is poor, no pantry for you to take rest and your top management always want a good performance without want to know what obstacle you have. Company policy keep changing and confirmation of staff is always delay. Head of department will not fight for your increment, confirmation & staff welfare. Human Resource department not have initiative to empowered staff development and skills.
