Less than 1 year in the role, former employee

Learning new things out of expectation

The good thingsEverything was handle by our own and of course manager and colleagues will give us some guide. Beside that, we do lots of maintenance work which i never expect before because normally a works is done when construction site is clear from work.

The challengesOverall is good. Perhaps this company could accept big project and we can have more different experience when dealing with those big size project.
