    The good thingswas able to acquire many intense design scope learning within 5 years that is very crucial for a fresh engineer.
    The challengesEvery experience is always a unique and new one. the only challenges were beginning the engineering journey with almost zero guidance but it provided a very steep learning curve that came with the circumstances.

    The good thingsJoin here since a fresh grad and I learned a lot. good friends and the location of the office. got a bonus every year (since I join until I resign). the company holds a good name among the clients also.

Besides this, there are always opportunities for you to go further in your career as long as willing to take on the challenges.
    The challengesThe big challenges at this place are, you will face various technical problems for every project, so you have to be fast in making the right decision, and work as a team is a key factor for you to solve the matter.     The good thingsProvide well training and expose you to the real job procedure. They will not spoon-feed you, but surely they will guide you every single job that you have to do. They will politely correct what wrong and tell you the correct way. They also provide you with training for access to the site. Apart from that, they also always provide informal class to share with you their experiences and knowledge in order to expose you to new understanding.
    The challengesI did not found any major difficulties at this company, just a mid challenge that you will face in any company, trying to adapt to new people when you newly hired. Every work need communication, thus you have to get know with whom you are going to work with, whom are you going to interact and communicate in some situations.

    The good thingsThe management's working hours flexibility (Thanks to our Project Director) allows us to plan our traveling time from the site to our hometown especially on our off days. This allows us to reduce stress thinking of the time constraint we have to overcome because of the traveling time, especially on public holidays.
    The challengesDepartment and organization policies on contract and permanent staffs. No career development (training) for contract staffs, no incentives or benefits for contract staff meanwhile the permanent staffs enjoys all of them. The company should treat all staffs equally no matter what their employment statuses are. Seems unfair since the organization always pushes the contract staffs to work harder every time the contract reaches the renewal date.
