The challengesSuppose to be a good place if you were reported to a good superior and it will be all perfect. However when reported to a terrible manager, which is in my case, all good experiences go down to drain. Unsupportive superior and colleagues. If you wish to work here, make sure your superior is helpful and supportive, or else working here is like entering the gate of HELL.

The good thingswas able to acquire many intense design scope learning within 5 years that is very crucial for a fresh engineer.
The challengesEvery experience is always a unique and new one. the only challenges were beginning the engineering journey with almost zero guidance but it provided a very steep learning curve that came with the circumstances.
