favouritism staff are value more than actual good staff
The good thingslots of new things to learn about how terminal oil works
The challengesmanagement of the company could be better but No. there's no proper system of KPI on the work you pour in the whole year. Staff favouritism in the company is usually how they judge a good staff rather than actual hard working good staff. Company are not big, average number of staff but politics are strong and toxic with work culture.

    Toxic work culture and management
The good thingsFlexi hours and friendly team mates
The challengesManagement practice favouritism. They don't address the real issues such as silos and lack of resources. If we address it we will be in trouble. There is no proper guidance or KPI delegated. Need to do all by self. Those who are hardworking not appreciated and given more task.

I worked for this company for 10 months, i deployed many usefull solutions that they still working with them with all documentation needed (i even got Kudo from my superior's, what i get in the end: i didn't get paid for my last month, my annual leave and my health insurance for all the time i worked there. It's a shame to know such companies still exist.
The good thingsNothing good in DKI, just stressfull work without future
The challengesBasic systems, they even can't afford to buy redhat subscription, systems without security, don't expect evolution on your career, i feel like i just lost my time there

    Rigid working culture
The good thingsFlexible working hours, friendly colleagues (not the upper management), good learning platform due to many projects.
The challengesNo rights to work your way (if it's not according to anyone's way, it is a must to redo), must obey accordingly, communication problem, rude message conveyance, very poor company structure.

The best learning curve for fresh graduate
The good thingsA great MNC oil and gas company to work with. Positive work environment where people feel valued and appreciated. Different projects and industry clients mean you get a varied experience across the board and a good learning curve for fresh graduates. The managers are very helpful and willing to teach you to be better.
The challengesNone. Even if you feel any cons here, the management and company will fix it. Just share your challenges to them

    Tough job with fun colleagues
The good thingsThe employers treat staff well in a way they rewarded the staff for an achievement, whether it is small contribution or not.
The challengesTo deal with your immediate boss is so difficult. Sometimes, they do not judge realistically.

Good company overall, avoid sales department
The good thingsColleagues are mostly 25-45 years old, vibrant and youthful working environment. Good increment and yearly bonus.
The challengesNo work life balance. You are expected to stay longer in the office, doing works on weekend and micro managing system applied here - in sales department. You will feel like attending a kindergarten (with a scary teacher) instead of a global organization/company.
