What’s it like working at Diamond Key International?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees appreciate the flexible working hours at Diamond Key International, which allows them to manage their schedules effectively. Colleagues are described as friendly and supportive, creating a vibrant working environment with good teamwork amongst peers. There are good learning opportunities through exposure to different projects and industry clients, which is particularly beneficial for fresh graduates. Staff members are also rewarded for their achievements with good increments and yearly bonuses.

However, there are some potential challenges, such as management practices that could be improved, particularly around communication styles and decision-making approaches. Employees have indicated that there is no clear KPI system in place to measure and recognise performance consistently. Some staff members, particularly in sales roles, have mentioned that long working hours are expected, including weekend work. Additionally, systems and resources could be enhanced, with self-learning being an essential skill, and workplace dynamics can be challenging with concerns about silos and communication between departments.

favouritism staff are value more than actual good staff
The good thingslots of new things to learn about how terminal oil works
The challengesmanagement of the company could be better but No. there's no proper system of KPI on the work you pour in the whole year. Staff favouritism in the company is usually how they judge a good staff rather than actual hard working good staff. Company are not big, average number of staff but politics are strong and toxic with work culture.

    Toxic work culture and management
The good thingsFlexi hours and friendly team mates
The challengesManagement practice favouritism. They don't address the real issues such as silos and lack of resources. If we address it we will be in trouble. There is no proper guidance or KPI delegated. Need to do all by self. Those who are hardworking not appreciated and given more task.

I worked for this company for 10 months, i deployed many usefull solutions that they still working with them with all documentation needed (i even got Kudo from my superior's, what i get in the end: i didn't get paid for my last month, my annual leave and my health insurance for all the time i worked there. It's a shame to know such companies still exist.
The good thingsNothing good in DKI, just stressfull work without future
The challengesBasic systems, they even can't afford to buy redhat subscription, systems without security, don't expect evolution on your career, i feel like i just lost my time there
