The challengesNot many challenges faced while in my internship, all was perfect.

I'm pushed to learn something new and be efficient instead of working hard.
The good things- Welcoming staffs. - Safe to learn and try new things. - Company claims and benefits. - Exposed to multiple types of software development opportunities. - A lot of room for growth if you are willing to learn.
The challenges- May need to commute a lot and work at different environment depending on the projects. - Becoming a subcontractor would mean involving meeting clients and stakeholder, which might be stressful for some. - Strict and tight deadlines.

For new and fresh is good, but for med to senior is bad
The good thingsWhen first join the company, the community is good and a lot activities. For fresh graduate or intern is a good place.
The challengesAfter few years, no more community, activity, and even bonus. Your salary is nothing compared to what they sell to the client. The client will push you so hard since they paid a lot to company, but your salary is below the average of your experience and hard work. Now even harder to get salary increase. If you change client, you need repeat test like you finding a fresh job again. And in future, you get less chance to join company since there is contract between client and company that they can't direct hired for about few months.

    Best place to gain skills
The good thingsFriendly staff, knowledge sharing, lots of side bonuses, overall a very good place to seek experience and to trade knowledge.
The challengesWith less to no programming background, I struggled to meet the task. Even then, the company would still provide me with a suitable task that even I can handle and be of benefit to the projects.

Great company to embark on a technical career
The good thingsYou'd be exposed to a wide range of developers from different backgrounds and nationalities. You'll have the option to work from home, if client permits.
The challengesUnable to pinpoint any challenges.

    My experience
The good thingsThe good thing about this company is you might be sent to a good company which cares about you.
The challengesCompany doesn't care if you are doing alright but it does care if client complaints and take client's compliment as you are suppose to, not appraisal.
