    It's a good place for those people want to settle down. Not encourage for fresh grad or people who like challenges and strive for Management position.
    The good things1. Benefits - basic allowance is provided within Market Range. 2. Annual Leave - higher than other employers. 3. Medical Benefits - good for those staff with permanent illness (eg high blood pressure) 4. Hybrid working
    The challenges1. Lack of career promotion. 2. Consistent work (if you like challenge then it is not suitable for you)

    Great MNC company but with poor management
    The good things1. Benefits 2. Workspace 3. Great MNC company to work
    The challenges1. Spend more money on recoveries than preventions 2. Not following ITIL process at all 3. Need act as Level 1,2 & 3 support person 4. No service desk team and make life harder for all the IT team 5. Seniors only focus on "Projects" and too calculative to help specialist. 6. No proper job scope. Keeping changing time to time due to less manpower. 7. High turn over due to over stress and poor managing style.

    Stressful environment for IT
    The good thingsExposure in different type of technologies
    The challengesSeniors who love to taichi, not enough support. They only want to do their scope and not being helpful to new joiners. Expecting that new joiners knows everything. Everything is ad hoc, not following ITIL framework. Have process but everyone ignores it, if they want it now they will bug you until you do it for them. No work life balance, every weekend need to work. Seniors do not want to go on standby, too much politic and managers do not listen and only favors seniors (old timers). High turn over rate

    Could be a better organization
    The good thingsThe company as a whole could be great but since this is a shared services center for IT, its a different story altogether.
    The challenges1. People culture - expect back stabbing then actually delivering the work. If you are lucky you end up in a great team (rare) , some team like putting up show but lack substance 2. Leadership - Lacking and don't expect open door , extremely hierarchical. 3. Work life - if you like working on weekend and holidays , extremely high turnover due to high stress environment. 4. Benefit/perks - other than you get paid on time , the rest of the "perks" are not actually to the benefit on the employee

    The good thingsGreat working environment and have chances to share experience with different department. Advantage in cross function with different industry, sharing same goals.
