    Very bad management and no systematic management on a lot of things
    The good thingsFlexibility but company will track on your location.
    The challengesAlways having out of stock issues, then company don't compensate for out of stock and adjust your monthly target. Cannot hit, affect your performance. Shipment always delay makes clients unhappy.
