    Can only be good for a apprentice or fresh grads with few years of experience only.
    The good thingsBenefits wise- 16% EPF deduction by company, claims and leaves. Parking claims, vision and dental for confirmed permanent employees.
    The challengesBad management culture- self serving within the senior management level and business and no real PMO governance or control/support by stepping in and expect the PM to manage with Business. PMO head has Low EQ and shouts at staffs and not wiling to speak to Business on governing/control projects- warned by other department and HR that the PMO head have shouted to previous staffs. Projects are overrun and no stepping help given by management due to being controlled by business stakeholders- IT are being held responsible by Business for all issues and delays. Bad culture within department and complain when staff comes in not by 8.30am. HR's mentions before hiring as work time flexibility and also during orientation day as 10.30am as start of working hours but Management sends Teams message to be in office by 8.30am. Awarded Best Work Place but with such bad culture is a surprise to be given.

    Recommended for people looking for stability and work-life balance.
    The good thingsLow-stress environment. Work-life balance, get to go home on time daily. No OT. If you are looking for stability and to retire, DKSH is quite a good company.
    The challengesThere are too many SOPs and systems that keep changing without proper updates. There is also unfortunately little opportunity for career development due to the company's business nature (trading house).

    Its an okay company if u wanna settle down
    The good thingsNice people. Structured process. Benefit also decentlah. I especially like the 'carer's leave' whr they acknowledge leave for parents taking care of sick kids. Thats very useful!
    The challengesSome people still work in silos so they dont cooperate well. Management turnover also fast. Its been 2 reshuffling in the past 3 years.

    The challengesAlways short-handed since first day of joining until now, for those who wanted to join pls think carefully before applied, they will not appreciate your hardwork and give more salary to newbie to keep the retention, imagine the 4 digit salary gap between senior and junior

    The good thingsFull subscription of Microsoft Office 365, which given enough tools and platform to work around.
    The challengesManagement has not been acting ahead of issues, depending too much on feedback of stakeholders. Peers also with very outdated IT knowledge, most with very stereotypes of thinking that their role not required knowledge of IT which tampering the operation process.
