What’s it like working at DM Dasher?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at DM Dasher consistently praise the positive and comfortable working environment, highlighting friendly and supportive colleagues who foster strong teamwork and collaboration. The company offers excellent work-life balance with flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options and 4-day work weeks in some locations. The young, open-minded company culture is free from office politics, and management is generally supportive and approachable. Employees appreciate the competitive benefits and compensation, as well as opportunities for learning and professional development, particularly in e-commerce and technology. Many reviewers also value the company's transparency, noting that their actual experience matched what was described during interviews.

However, there are some potential challenges to consider. Handling diverse customer needs and attitudes requires patience and strong communication skills, particularly during busy periods. The fast-paced e-commerce environment means employees need to adapt quickly, especially during campaign days, which may be demanding for those preferring more stability. Keeping up with rapidly changing technology requires continuous learning and skill development. Peak periods, particularly weekends and busy hours, can result in higher workloads requiring strong team coordination. Some employees noted that communication from top management regarding decisions could be more timely, and there may be occasional language barriers. One HQ-based reviewer raised concerns about management style and expectations to work outside regular hours.

    A Space For Personal Growth
The good thingsI enjoyed the benefit Dreame provide. Not only you can get commission from your sales, you could also get staff benefit, birthday benefit and many more. What I enjoy the most is the company giving us space for personal growth. As an introvert, I learned a lot to get out of my comfort zone and become more better from working with Dreame.
The challengesAs we all know, the challenges that come in working retail is the weekend. Lots of customer especially families will come to survey products and sometimes could miss certain customer for us to serve.

I’ve had a positive experience working at Dreame JB Outlet, with a supportive team.
The good thingsI work at Dreame JB Outlet and I’ve enjoyed my experience here. The working environment is good, and my colleagues are friendly and supportive. There is a healthy work-life balance, and the management is also supportive and encouraging.
The challengesSometimes it gets quite busy during peak hours, so communication and coordination between team members can be a bit challenging. A few processes could also be made smoother to help things run more efficiently, especially when serving customers. But overall, it’s still manageable and improving over time.

They selling this image of "fun and young working culture" but in reality its hustle or die
The good thingsFree parking, can wfh
The challengesMost other review here is not about the HQ office. Here in HQ, the management is political and heavy favourism. Getting blamed for things that outside of your role and job scope. Expecting you to work outside of regular work hours and weekends/holidays. If u dont be like them, they question your performance and play politics until u wan to leave. Manager talks condescending/sarcastically and disregard your hard work if they dont like u. Unreasonable workload and zero guidance.
