    The good thingsThe benefits here are amazing, but what I love the most is the super comfortable working environment and the friendly colleagues around me. The 4 day work week is honestly a game changer, it gives me the perfect work-life balance. I finally have more time to spend with my family, whether its going out for a nice meal or just having fun together. I also get the chance to learn and explore things I have never touched before, which makes the job even more exciting. On top of that, I really appreciate Dasher’s youthful mindset and values, they truly align with the kind of workplace and benefits I have always dreamed of.
    The challengesNew technologies come out so fast, and our company keeps pushing forward with innovation. So its also pushes me to keep learning and growing everyday , this is quite a challenge for me as I tend to learn at a slower pace.

    In Dasher, I could learn to install car accessories product especially for 70mai Dashcam and learn about settling for wiring too.
    The good thingsCozy place and very nice environment. Staff benefits. Good management and leadership. The best is good HR as well.
    The challengesNeed to upgrade skills day by day. Although, too many type of cars that we have to settle and get experience. Thus, need to be patience in everytime dealing with customers.

    The challengesThe challenges since i worked here as an automotivce technician just you need to handle the plenty of cars during weekend because most of the customer will come to install their dashcam during their weekend.
