    There are pros and cons to working in this company. For me, it isn't a long term employment.
    The good thingsGood benefits, decent salary, hybrid and flexible working hours, established company handling big brands.
    The challengesNo career growth, no clear direction. Promised no politics but there definitely were some politics and favouritism. Promised work life balance but questions you when you don't work outside of working hours.

    Great working environment and team
    The good thingsTeam Culture is fantastic, great support from manager, HR, and other team members. Everything mentioned and explained in the interview is the exact same after joining. Everyone is friendly and would fully support each other. All in all, it's a super positive working environment.
    The challengesSo far, I enjoy the working environment a lot, only challenge would be sometimes will need to handle customer's warranty.

    Since join Dasher until today, still can feel everyday learning new things more, always get new knowledge and experience here! If you're the right person and no easy to give up, you will achieve something needed in here!
    The good thingsTeam members really young! Working culture really comfortable and enjoy work life balance, always say no to "toxic" and "bulling", 100% trust each others, no barriers between management team and team members.
    The challenges1. Work smart not hard! 2. Customer always priority 3. It's now or never 4. Keep it simple 5. Adapt to changes
