    The good thingsYou can learn new things there, they provide external training for employees.

    Positive working environment
    The good thingsThe employee benefic are taken care of. Not the best, but it's good. The working environment is very positive, with no unnecessary stress are put on your head.
    The challengesToo much hierarchy which causing a decision to be made is very difficult. At some parts, the voice from the lower rank are not heard of by top management.

    The good thingsThe management expects you to be accountable for your action, which I think is good. They emphasize a lot on training and development. Opportunities are given within internally for promotions. Bonuses are given twice per year. Management is always ready to hear views and suggestions
    The challengesalways have to be on your toe and there is n room for tardiness

    A good company to work for.
    The good thingsA new set up in Pasir Gudang so you will learn a lot of things. Good benefits. Bonus payment twice a year. Salary increment is on a upper scale compared to other companies in the same area. Insurance coverage. Management is also flexible and always willing to listen to its employees. Would never think of leaving unless absolutely necessary.
    The challengesThere is always opportunities for development. Emphasize on training is good.

    Experience working with Japanese MNC
    The good thingsLearnt to be multitasking. As working in Japanese MNC previously , Panasonic , DNP Imagingcomm also doesn't make any exception as typical Japanese culture in which we need to be able to multitask and diversified our skills not limit to specific responsibility but as well as to be able to support the whole department regardless of your ranking.
    The challengesThe myth of Japanese being one of the most polite sapien should be reconsider as working significanlty for almost 3 years with Japanese MNC, we tend to found a handful of self centre and rude Japanese particularly with this current company. In conclusion, all races do have good or bad people most importantly a person with great attitude and personalities which able to motive, empower the employees
