    A decent job for unemployed
The good thingsFriendly staff who I can learn more from them about the food industry and perks, also creates a decent relationship between the staff.
The challengesOverflowing workload occurs during the small holidays like Father's day, Mother's day where we would complete the target that they set up in less than hour which cause physical and mental pain.

The challengesIt's not easy to work in the f&b industry. Some people could get burned out, and can't stand the pressure and workload when restaurants on peak times.

The good thingsThe working environment is great. Both of my managers are cooperative and understanding. Good employers encourage healthy competition among employees to strive for better. All in all great working experience.
The challengesMainly to keep up with customer-related issues, lesser on the management part. It is just the expected stress and challenges in working with any other food and beverages company.

    Impressive training tools provided!
The good thingsall training modules and tools provided is very detailed and easily to understand especially for those are new in food & beverage industry. They will provide learning tools whenever you wanted to learn. On plus side they always wanted their staff be able to access training module whenever they need! example personally like my self with ZERO knowledge in F&B industries, now able to do my work consistently because of the training provided. Domino's career path is very promising as well
The challengesThe challenge is to manage your time to complete task within given period in the store plus you have to manage store and to be point of quality control before product sent to customer. This is really fast pace job and required accuracy and focus during quality control check point or otherwise you will need to reply to customer complaint within short specific time. The most challenging is finding a good time with your family for those couple married as your time will be drag from you working ours due to shortage on staffing and sales volume.
