    Toxic working culture
    The good thingsambitious, supportive and hardworking colleagues. strong workmanship with other stakeholders. direct coaching from leaders of the company.
    The challengesback and forth changes in marketing plans upon various long review sessions with different stakeholders. draggy meeting hours. getting scold in the meeting is normal here. too micromanage as 'they' know better. "if people can't handle the stress, they will leave" attitude

    The challengesEvery challenges are same for all company as all company wants the best. But the working culture here very bad. You cant blame your boss for his/her bad attitude because the upper level also like that. Its either you can accept it or not.
