    Friendly working environment, good skills to be learned and good opportunities to excel
    The good thingsVery friendly colleagues. You can befriend with colleagues from other teams. The bonus is lucrative if you manage to hit the target year after year. Job is challenging but rewarding. Enhance networking.
    The challengesHave to deal with difficult HR and finance sometimes. They can be a bit stingy with regards to claims (some claims are stated in employee handbook but the benefits claim are not followed through). Also expect a lower starting pay as the bonus can be lucrative.

    good company & good benefit
    The good thingsworking in good office environment and good people as well. Higher chances for upgrade level. Annual training for all staff provided. Get support by HQ in Germany or other country branches.
    The challengesmultitasking is more than as expectation. Implementation of SOP too tight with limited employee. Less of transparency between staff and HOD due MD based in other country.
