    The good thingsThe salary and benefits are great. Good bonus too, especially when the company does well. Lots of engagement and training programmes available. It helps you to bring your best self to work if you love what you do.

    Good exposure for intern
    The good thingsAs intern I felt content everyday (though 1st mth kinda gloomy), supervisor allows me to learn new things, most staff are friendly but some didn't but well just don't mind them. Free food whenever got trainings.
    The challengesAllowance wise, should be increased. Intern allowance should be credited into bank account instead of pay in cheque (time consuming).

    The good thingsThe company trying very hard to make difference, keeping up with the millenial and industry revolution. Good ground to level up your skill and experience.
    The challengesBureaucracy still happen affecting task deliverable,supervisor shouldn't sees the sub-ordinate as a threat but must encourage them to develop, allow them to speak their mind, dare to deal with aggresive discussion / brainstorm session, involve them to take part on strategic plan and provide clear direction. Give them enough credit and allow them to shine.

    The good thingsI learnt a lot. It was a rewarding 8 months of internship at DRB-HICOM. I experienced so much. It felt like i have been working there for a long time although it was only a couple of months.
