Amazing place to learn about a variety of thingsThe good thingsThe people, the amount of knowledge I garnered, the culture. I was given the freedome to express my ideas and to fluidly execute them without risk of repercussion, other than being questioned as to what i have learned from my experiences. Our knowledge sharing sessions are well-thought out and everyone from the team or outside the team are able to provide input based on their expertise. Individuals are encouraged to establish a sharing network for the benefit of all. I believe this is the most important aspect of any organisation.
The challengesThe money could be better. I am a PMP certified staff, yet I am barely making less than half of my market value. But I believe in the company, hence my willing to stay despite the lack of monetary compensation. Hopefully this could change via better increments, promotions or restructuring of salary based on qualifications and experience. It is imperative that the company realises this in order to ensure the prominent employees do not leave for the sake of money alone.
