"A supportive workplace with friendly workplace, good infrastructure, and fair pay, though with some challenges in pace and communication."
The good thingsi. Convenient Workplace with Good Environment and Infrastructure; ii. Friendly Staff and Supportive Environment; iii. Good Pay (Though Slightly Below Market Salary)
The challengesi. Potential conflicts or misunderstandings fueled by rumors; ii. A culture of negativity, where energy is spent more on talking about others than achieving goals.

A terrific place to work if you are a do-er.
The good thingsThe salary and benefits are great. Good bonus too, especially when the company does well. Lots of engagement and training programmes available. It helps you to bring your best self to work if you love what you do.
The challengesIt's such a big company so will take some time to get familiar with the many processes.

Wonderful, good people and very good benefit
The good thingsThe company trying very hard to make difference, keeping up with the millenial and industry revolution. Good ground to level up your skill and experience.
The challengesBureaucracy still happen affecting task deliverable, supervisor shouldn't sees the sub-ordinate as a threat but must encourage them to develop, allow them to speak their mind, dare to deal with aggresive discussion / brainstorm session, involve them to take part on strategic plan and provide clear direction. Give them enough credit and allow them to shine.

Amazing place to learn about a variety of things
The good thingsThe people, the amount of knowledge I garnered, the culture. I was given the freedome to express my ideas and to fluidly execute them without risk of repercussion, other than being questioned as to what i have learned from my experiences. Our knowledge sharing sessions are well-thought out and everyone from the team or outside the team are able to provide input based on their expertise. Individuals are encouraged to establish a sharing network for the benefit of all. I believe this is the most important aspect of any organisation.
The challengesThe money could be better. I am a PMP certified staff, yet I am barely making less than half of my market value. But I believe in the company, hence my willing to stay despite the lack of monetary compensation. Hopefully this could change via better increments, promotions or restructuring of salary based on qualifications and experience. It is imperative that the company realises this in order to ensure the prominent employees do not leave for the sake of money alone.

    demotivated
The good thingslarge mnc company does not live up to its name. management style is poor and does not appreciate good quality work produced by employees, instead prefers employees who suck up to bosses.
The challengesTo have to always put work before your family and personal matters and to have your hard work not appreciated. No career development.
